Mother nature can take its toll on your driveway or parking lot. Sealing those cracks and protecting with sealcoating is crucial to extending the lifespan of your asphalt.

If moisture is allowed to penitrate, your asphalt can deteriorate or even be destroyed quite quickly with the freeze and thaw processes during cold weather. This is when alligator cracks and potholes begin to appear. 

A little preventative maintenance is much less costly than a replacement.
